Dear TurningPoint Patient:

As a patient of INTP Dental, P.C., which does business as TurningPoint Dental Implant Center (“TurningPoint”), I am contacting you to announce a change at the practice which will impact you.

After more than six years in business, effective November 1, 2019, TurningPoint will no longer operate a dental implant center at 8555 N. River Road, Suite 160, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240.

While TurningPoint is closing its doors, the practice is transferring its rights to the office location at 8555 N. River Road to a new practice, Implant Dentistry Associates of Indianapolis, P.C., owned by Dr. Fouad Badr, which is part of the ClearChoice network and will operate the newest ClearChoice Dental Implant Center.

The dentists currently practicing at TurningPoint, Dr. Fidel Barbosa and Dr. Desmon Brown will be joining the ClearChoice network as the primary dentists at the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Indianapolis. ClearChoice is a nationally recognized network of dental implant centers comprised of highly skilled doctors who provide excellent care to their patients. For more information on the ClearChoice network, go to ccemailserver.temp513.kinsta.cloud. The ClearChoice center will open for business on November 19, 2019. The ClearChoice practice has agreed to provide treatment to dental implant patients of the TurningPoint practice, including you. Patient records and account balances will be transferred automatically.

Despite these changes, Dr. Barbosa’s and Dr. Brown’s dedication to their patients will not change. They are excited about continuing to provide care and services to dental implant patients as members of the ClearChoice network of dental implant centers.

Your dental records and account balances will be maintained by the ClearChoice practice. The ClearChoice practice will be prepared to serve you at your next scheduled appointment. Any previously scheduled follow up appointments or planned treatment with TurningPoint will be transferred directly to the ClearChoice center’s calendar. Your appointments do not need to be rescheduled as a result of this change. However, if you decide you would like to transfer your care to another provider, please contact the office so we can make arrangements to provide you with a copy of your records.

Should you need emergency dental care during the transition period from November 1 through November 18, please call 1-877-302-6315. If you have an appointment scheduled between November 1 and November 18, our staff will be reaching out to you to reschedule.
