Dr. Paola Cohen Imach earned her first dental degree at Universidad Nacional de Tucuman in San Miguel de Tucuman, Tucuman, Argentina in 1998. She earned her second Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University (“NYU”) College of Dentistry in 2006. She continued her education completing a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center (2007). She then completed her Prosthodontics Specialty training at Montefiore Medical Center (Bronx, New York) in 2011 and a one-year Maxillofacial Prosthetics Fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas (2012).

Dr. Kelly attended the University of Illinois, received his dental degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, and completed a residency in Prosthodontics at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. After completing his fellowship training at MD Anderson Cancer Center, he started the Maxillofacial Prosthetic program at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa where he served as Director, Maxillofacial Prosthetics & Dental Oncology. As a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Kelly worked with cancer and reconstructive surgeons to provide dental implant treatment to head and neck cancer patients.
