Dr. Richard Zavada earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He further advanced his skills, completing his specialty training at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. There he completed his residency and fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. The focus of his time there was complex implant and head and neck cancer reconstructions.

Dr. Raffensperger was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He moved to Pittsburgh to attend the University of Pittsburgh and earned a degree in Mathematics before moving on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine degree as a third-generation dentist. After completing dental school, he remained at the same institution and earned his certificate of prosthodontics, focusing on full mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, crown and bridge, and cosmetic dentistry.
