Dr. Afify is a board certified prosthodontist. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He received his Masters of Science and completed his postgraduate prosthodontic residency at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio.
In addition to being a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Michigan, Dr. Afify has held numerous teaching positions at Tufts School of dentistry and the University of Texas Health Science Center.

Dr. Rami Elrefai earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy (UDM) School of Dentistry. After practicing for two years, he enrolled in the prosthodontics program at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. Dr. Elrefai also completed the American Academy of Implant Dentistry AAID Maxicourse for comprehensive training in Implant Dentistry.
